Cognitive load refers to the amount of mental effort and working memory resources being used at any given time. When this load exceeds your brain’s processing capacity, it causes mental fatigue, difficulty focusing, or task abandonment.
-Identify the top priority per day/week/month/year.
-Have a priority list.
-Eliminate what is not on the priority list, to be exceptionally well with what is on the priority list.
-Measure your results and not your effort.
The opposite will be:
-Add more things, be inefficient.
-Be really busy at doing nothing.
-Have no plan for the day/week/month/year.
Always have a choice!
