Choice log no. 1769706538 – Minuscule implementation

I will implement things so small, that my brain will barely know that I completed them. I am considering this, the snowball effect. I noticed that my own brain is fighting me when I implement things at a large scale, and when I do, I get distracted very easily or tend to put what requires to be done off. But when I implement things that are minuscule, I complete them right away with no issues. I will break things down so small that my brain won’t know I am actually doing something! 😂

I will create a schedule detailing my tasks.

This implementation starts now…

Choice log no. 1769446158 – Obey

Make temptation require more effort, the mind will obey.

Immediate obedience! Any disobedience, punishment will be implemented. There will be no delay when a command is made, any delay is considered disobedience.

Gyōji (行事) is a Japanese concept for a daily ritual done with intention and discipline. Not routine, but a practice of presence. Your mornings set the tone for your mind, body, and energy. Each sip, each breath, each pause matters.
