Choice log no. 1769833398 – Rely

Best not to rely on anyone. Most of the time, you might not get disappointed, but when you do get disappointed, you will be really disappointed. The more you rely on someone, and they follow through, the more dependant you will become on relying on others. The only true person that you can rely on, is yourself, and even then, sometimes even you let yourself down. So if you at times let yourself down, how can you really rely on someone else. I understand that at times, there is no other alternative, but when you can, I suggest you just do what you can yourself.

When someone asks, “Can I do that for you?” Think, can I do this myself? Best reply to not offend anyone, “Thank you, but I got this.”

Choice log no. 1769706538 – Minuscule implementation

I will implement things so small, that my brain will barely know that I completed them. I am considering this, the snowball effect. I noticed that my own brain is fighting me when I implement things at a large scale, and when I do, I get distracted very easily or tend to put what requires to be done off. But when I implement things that are minuscule, I complete them right away with no issues. I will break things down so small that my brain won’t know I am actually doing something! 😂

I will create a schedule detailing my tasks.

This implementation starts now…

Choice log no. 1769446158 – Obey

Make temptation require more effort, the mind will obey.

Immediate obedience! Any disobedience, punishment will be implemented. There will be no delay when a command is made, any delay is considered disobedience.

Gyōji (行事) is a Japanese concept for a daily ritual done with intention and discipline. Not routine, but a practice of presence. Your mornings set the tone for your mind, body, and energy. Each sip, each breath, each pause matters.
